Where do you ship to?

We ship worldwide! 

 

How long will my order take to process?

All orders will be processed within five days. 

 

Can I track my order?

Orders will be managed by Imprinted.com and Printful.com. Once you order, the companies will email you with a confirmation and any tracking information. 

 

Customs Charges, Import Duty, etc.

International customers (outside of the UK) may be liable for any customs and import duty, quotas, permits, product restrictions and other local requirements. Products will come from the fulfillment center nearest to the shipping address which should avoid as many extra costs as possible!

 

What is the return policy?

We are very sorry if, for any reason, you are unhappy with your items. However, if there is a problem please let us know by emailing kojostricklab@gmail.com.  Returned items should be unused and unworn and must be returned in original packaging with any enclosed documentation. We will then refund you upon receipt (excluding the original delivery charge).
